The Sundial-Astronomic Calendar was restored in Kretinga in August 10, 2002.
The stones with dates of holidays and the month names- runes set on the meridian line. The shadow of main column at noon (at 12:43 Kretinga time) coincide with meridian line. Seasons and holidays are calculated according to Sun radius position on main axis at midday.
